FUYUNGHAI SAUS BBQ

BAHAN : Telur Ayam 3 butir Tepung Terigu 4 sdm Wortel 20 gram Kubis 20 gram Bawang Bombai 20 gram Air 3 sdm Garam 3 sdt Gula 1 sdt Saus BBQ 22 gram CARA MASAK : Potong cincang wortel, kubis serta bawang bombai 10 gram, kemudian tumis dan tambahkan 1 sdt garam. Aduk telur dan tambahkan tepung terigu aduk hingga merata, masukkan sayuran yang sudah ditumis kedalam adonan telur serta masukkan garam sebanyak 1 sdt, aduk hingga rata. Kemudian goreng dengan api sedang agar matang sempurna. Untuk saus potong cincang Bawang Bombai 10 gram, masukan saus bbq serta tambahkan 3 sdm air dan 1 sdt garam, tumis selama 5 menit. Lalu siram dan FUYUNGHAI SAUS BBQ siap disajikan.
