GALANTIN SAUS BBQ

BAHAN : Daging Ayam Cincang 100 gr  Telur  Ayam 1 butir  Tepung Terigu 50 gram Tepung Panir 20 gram  Bawang Bombai 30 gram  Gula 2 sdt  Garam 2 sdt  Saus Barbeque 22 gram  Mentega 10 gram  Air 50 ml   Daun Pisang 1 lembar CARA MASAK : Potong cincang bawang bombai kemudian masukkan daging ayam, telur, tepung terigu tepung panir, garam 1 sdt lalu aduk hingga merata.  Bungkus adonan seperti lontong. Kukus hingga matang kurang lebih selama 30 menit. Untuk saus Panaskan mentega kemudian tumis bawang bombai lalu masukkan air sebanyak 50  ml serta Saus Barbeque 22 gram, Tambahkan garam 1 sdt serta gula 2 sdt.  GALANTIN SAUS BBQ siap disajikan.
