TERONG GORENG BARBEQUE

BAHAN : Terong 1 buah  Tepung terigu 8 sdm  Tepung beras 5 sdm  Bawang putih 1 siung  Garam 1 sdt  Air 50 ml Bumbu tabur BBQ 1 sdm CARA MASAK : Cuci terong hingga bersih Potong terong dengan potongan slice miring   Campur tepung terigu dan beras kemudian bagi menjadi 2 yaitu adonan tepung basah dan tepung kering, untuk tepung basah masukkan air, bawang putih yang sudah dihaluskan serta garam Masukkan terong ke adonan basah kemudian baluri dengan adonan tepung kering  Goreng terong hingga matang dan usahakan sampai renyah, tiriskan kemudian taburi dengan bumbu tabur barbeque sebanyak 1 sdm TERONG GORENG BARBEQUE siap disajikan.
